Urgent message to Mission Viejo residents

The city council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 19, beginning at   5 p.m. at city hall. This special meeting (Budget Workshop) will include the first public airing of a report from the Urban Land Institute. At issue is the Mission Viejo Village Center at La Paz and Marguerite and ULI's recommendations, including 350-450 apartments on top of retail stores. Everyone who can possibly attend should weigh in on this very bad idea. The city staff and council need to START listening to residents.
