Fun with Chalk, the 13th annual Street Painting Festival will be held on Sat.-Sun., July 14-15, featuring re-creations of the Old Masters and original works, all by noted artists from all over the world and all created on the asphalt surface of the Bell Tower Community Center in Rancho Santa Margarita.
